对于这倒题目，网上争论不休，我也凑个热闹争论一下。我觉得选E
题目问的是support hypothesis
hypothesis A（前提）:因为60%US的人有M的，tissue中测出来有SV40,而健康的人没有。
                 所以SV40的感染导致M
 hypothesis B（application）：后来US人感染时因为1960年疫苗被SV40污染了

A中有的漏洞：不是SV40导致了M，而是因为M中的组织更容易感染SV40。
E选项就是否定了这个可能，因为所有的M都没有病毒。所以加强了第一个假设。更进一步加强第二个假设，而C是说在最近发现60年的疫苗有SV40的痕迹，不能证明SV40就是导致M的原因，这只是一个同时关系，没有必然联系。
