Atlanta夏季sublease - Close to Emory!

My roommate and I are subleasing two bedrooms (with individual bathroom)starting from May 8th to the end of either June or July. We are both currently 1st year students.

The rooms are fully furnished, part of a 3 bedroom apartment. The current tenants are all Chinese girls, sharing kitchen, washer, dryer and living room. The apartment was opened last summer, so everything is still new. Gym and swimming pool are just downstairs.

The Emory shuttle is just outside the complex, and Kroger/post office/pharmacy/ bus station within 5-min walk distance. The community mainly consists of Emory graduate students.

It's a good choice for temporary living before making decisions where to live in the new semester. Or, you can also continue to stay here if you don't want to buy furniture anyway.

Monthly rent & fee per bedroom is as follows or OBO. Rent $615 (include internet, water and garbage)+ electricity. Parking lot needs extra $50. We are open to negotiate the price though.
