ex:17個人能出席北大和天津大學的董事會議,就表示這17人有北大和天津大學的董事職務啊  那麼答案應該為A呀

理解错了，A的意思是说，K和R公司的联席会议，也就是说，这两个公司所有的董事加起来是17个人，一共这点人。就是K和R的董事会在一个房间里开，明白了不？
