那A选项，因为这些病及早处理也没效果 ，也make sense啊

About A, we can have two kinds of different understandings about this sentence.

First, the sentence means that the early treatment is so meaningless that the patient still suffer a death. In this way, we consider A is an irrelevant options.

Second, this sentence possibly means that early treatment does not eliminate the possibility that company needs to pay for the expensive high cholesterol treatment.  However, this meaning may be opposite to the premise in the argument, which says that G company can save a large amount of money because G does not need to pay the expensive treatment.
