Help ( After phone interview)

I have been knocked down twice in two phone interviews (two different schools). They both made the phone calls directly, without any email notice in advance to schedule those phone interviews. I understand it was my bad. I should make preparations in mind all the time. Those two are my dream schools.

Would it be helpful to send them emails to explain .....???

如果是我，我会写一封感谢信，好像一般面试后都写这个吧，表示礼貌。感谢信里我不会提到是我自己没准备，而是把我回答得不好的问题向对方重新阐述一遍，说的时候注重突出一下自己的长处、优势。这之后为以后可能的其他学校面试做一下准备。Bless~

每次回想起, 很不值啊, 花了那么精力准备申请材料和考试,  可是 败在突击的电话面试上了.
