再次求助~！American University的财产证明要求

今天GRAD OFFICE终于把我的资料转给了学校的ISSS部门，也就是专门负责发I20的。然后学校又发邮件说MISSING 我的 financail documents,问题是我申请的时候就已经把存款证明（大概11月开出来的吧）寄给学校了~冻结的3个月~40W，GRAD OFFICE之前也在邮件里说收到的的存款证明了,不知道是不是我没有完全符合学校的要求：
Financial document(s) must meet the following requirements:
1. Show available funds (funds that can be liquidated before the first day of classes) sufficient to cover the cost of your first year in your program of study.
2. In English or be accompanied by a notarized English translation.
3. Dated within the past three months.
4. On official bank letterhead, stamped and signed by a bank official.

Proof of sufficient funding is required in order to issue your immigration document. The cost of the first year of your program of study is US$ 56,487. Please send financial document(s) sufficient to cover this cost, with your AU ID written on each page, by email at isssdocuments@american.edu or by fax at 202-885-3354.

其中Dated within the past three months我不太明白是什么意思，是不是代表我去年开的存款证明已经过期了？麻烦各位有经验的童鞋帮我解答一下~！！小女子感激不尽~！！！

是啊超出想象了我感觉可能这个学校中国人少所以在办这些手续的时候才会出现这种问题吧~
