答案D。 对不起，这题以前好像讨论过。当时偶就没全懂。现在又找不到link.

我的问题是：虽然D指明了N和其他药的区别，但是，既然N是非处方药，就跟医院给病人开药无关。

假如题目说药店买的N特别多，结论是N特别有效，我倒觉得D可以weaken.

不懂老美的医疗体制。 医院给病人开药也可以不经过医生处方？

美国采用的是医药分离的医疗管理制度，绝大部分处方药通过药店分发到消费者手中。

如果这种药是非处方药，那么3/4的医院开这种药也就不足为怪了：不是因为effective 而是因为购买方便

没说医院的用药处方药和非处方药在所有的方面都一样．所以非处方药对医院来讲方便也是其用的多的一个可能因素．反对的因为有效才用

这点我有切身体会，去医院急诊，医生最后在小纸片上，写了个药名，要我到药房自己找着买。据我所知，医生开处方药还是很慎重的，这方面跟国内差别蛮大。

还有个感受: gmat有时不是完全考纯逻辑，做题时有点跟题目内容有关的知识背景比较好，象这种题在lsat还是比较少见的。

jnlvo， 你的意思是说，是医生为了方便或者谨慎才开非处方药N的？也就是weiyu的理解。

这点可否理解为原文用give 而没用prescribe 的原因？
