大概意思就是说 有本内容是关于养花的杂志， 很多养花菜鸟没经验，杂志里面说什么好他们就种什么。结果这杂志也脑残，竟挑些稀有的野生花，它们很稀少，而且很难栽培、种活。因此卖花的也到处去采这些路边野花。 但出于人道主义考虑，杂志认识到再这样乱摘下去乱套了。于是Our new policy is part of our efforts to halt this yearly plundering of our native plant populations. 就是说 他们洗心革面 不做那些有导向性的广告和文章了，这个新政策目的是为了

可是问题是要削弱新政策达不到halt this yearly plundering of our native plant populations的目的啊？我看不出E是如何让政策达不到目的的感觉~~困惑。。。

饿 嗯有这意思就行 反正大概E就是说新政策也没必要一棒子打死，不让采花，  我采花赚来的钱还可以去养那些稀有花种。  这是一个资金来源。不是就削弱了吗

忽然大概明白点了    题是说不刊登野花是对野花一种保护   削弱就是登了挣的钱反而能培育新品种   谢谢楼主
