这题我最开始也是选E不过仔细想还是B对
因为作者已经说过 Southern Airways has a far worse safety record  in terms of frequency of accidents and the severity of accidents.
E说的proportion和他的前提无关。所以不会对结论直接造成weaken. on both airline 是指Southern Airways and  Air Dacentaria

I think E is supportive,not weaken the argument

E是支持，不是削弱。propotion是相对比例，不是绝对数值。好多题都用这个比率来迷惑人，我也上过几次当了。旧prep 1的63，DE选项也是这个问题。
