昨天刚面的LBS Master in Finance 项目，跟大家分享。
申请轮次： 第二轮
接到面试通知时间：2月11日
面试时间：3月1日
面试官：校友，中国某巨无霸型投资机构董事总经理，与我之前接触的MiF一样，非常nice
面试地点：北京，面试官办公室
面试语言：先用中文拉了会家常，然后用英语进行面试
时长：一小时整
主要问题：基本上是基于简历的问题，加上一些测personality的问题，没有技术问题，主要包括：
- Why current job
- Your career goal after MiF
- Why MiF
- How do you think the MiF will help your career
- Do you foresee any difficulties you will face when stduying at the MiF program
- Your work responsibilities, the most challenging part of your work
- Explain one of your past project and your role
- How do you see the development of your current industry
- Teamwork experience and your role in a team
- Your professional and personality weeknesses
- Self-assessment of your English skills, especially your reading skills
