I am pleased to notify you that the Department of Finance has recommended to the Graduate College that you be admitted to the Master’s of Science in Management, with a concentration in Finance (MMF), program beginning in the Fall semester of 2010.

lease let us know your decision by March 31, 2010 via email. Formal admission is granted by the Graduate College, and you will receive official notification of admittance from them.
是说我要在3月31号前告诉它我去么？还有人收到录取么
不过他的学费真是便宜呀，Tuition is approximately $38,970 for out-of-state residents for the one calendar year program
