这题assumption没有明显的gap,所以通过排除他因，即defender。
把所有选项进行取非，如可以成为原文的一个weaken即答案。
答案E 的取非，是在样品被测试前F添加了gold到样品中。weaken了结论，说明是人为问题，而不是methods的问题。
