这题选B吧，主要看能不能通过交集确定学法语和日语学生两个大集合的数量

第一个无法确认学日语学生的数量，所以无法比较

第二个可以推出同时同时学法语和日语的占学日语学生数的10%，而只占学法语学生的4%，这样就可以比较那种学生多了
