终于下决心去催学校了。。。果然催出结果了

算算时间有点紧了，所以把所有还没拿到通知的学校都催了一遍，并且写邮件给催我的学校让延长交定金的期限了。。。之前很纠结要不要催，要不要请求延长，但是仔细研究了一下那个415协定，发现交了定金以后要是不去的话，后果可大可小，所以最后还是催了。我要掌握主动，不管结果能不能催成，反正催了就有希望，不催啥都没有

刚刚查邮件的时候见到某间学校被我催出结果了：
Hi XX.  Thanks so much for reaching out to me with this information.  We’ve had a few delays around here with losing employees and being short staffed so I apologize for the delay on your decision.  Let me see what I can do.

我一看这个答案等于没有回答，so我又追了一封邮件：
Hi XX,
Thanks for your prompt response!
When do you think I can get the decision then?

然后此女又迅速给我回了一个邮件：
I should be able to give you an unofficial decision late tomorrow or early Wednesday.  I’m in process of getting our committee meeting organized for tomorrow afternoon.  I can tell you that you’re on the top of my list!  

我又回信：
Many thanks for your help, Joanna!
Sorry for my pushing...
Please feel free to let me know once you got the final decision or if you need me to submit some other supporting materials.

Have a great day!

本想就这么结束的，没想到她又很快给我答复了：
Please do not apologize!  It was much easier for me to push on my end to arrange the committee meeting immediately after getting your email.  J  

I’ll be in touch very soon.

至此，这件事情算是取得了阶段性的成功，希望这次这间学校可以遵守承诺，在她promise的时间给我答复。。。

不是吧,应该是凡是拿了钱都有关系的呀,而且它哪里有说是针对PHD的呀?难道不是真对所有的graduate students的么?
