第一题：1990比1910的moderate rainfall days和light rainfall days少，而总rainfall 却比1910多。因为总rainfall是由days*rainfall组成的，所以前两种rainfall量不如1910的情况下，只能由heavy rainfall的量来补，1990heavy rainfall days 比 1910多，才能总rainfall多于1910.
