原题说有个XX协议要7个国家签，签了他们就得有所行动，但这行动是有条件的，就是别人都行动了自己才行动，而每个国家都可以告诉其他国家自己已经采取了行动

问你这个协议使得下面那种情况成为可能

答案是：每个国家都有不采取行动的借口（因为都在等着其他国家先通知自己他们已经采取了行动）

不过再碰到一个这样的题，没准又挂了......

题目稍微有点儿抽象或者有点儿绕的话，我就歇菜了，不知道怎样才能提高。

多看吧 我觉得这东西理解是根本 还是基本功的问题 你要是时间多的话可以看看杨鹏长难句  能帮助你在比较紧张的时间里看懂一些比较抽象或者复杂的句子

雅思考的是纯语言，不复习也得了7分；但GMAT考的是思维，是综合素质，很困惑！
