12题根据图形可以知道应该找与X轴有三个交点，也就是此方程等于0时可以解出三个实根。
那么只有（3）（4）是对的。
因为（1）只有两个实根，（2）也是有两个实根，（5）只有一个实根。
其中（3）（4）可以通过增减函数来排除，图形告诉我们X向正无穷方向增加，Y的值也随之增加，从某点开始为增函数，再看方程（3）明显从某点开始后为减函数，而（4）是对的。

其实做的时候很简单，可以看出来，无须象写的这样复杂。
