A strange letter I received this morning. A ding or being admitted?

Hello XXX,

The review of your application is complete and a final decision has been made regarding your admission into the XXX MBA Full-Time Program. An admissions decision letter will be mailed to you by the XXX Graduate College.

Due to our confidentiality requirements, I am not allowed to provide you the specifics of this decision by email without your expressed permission.

To learn the decision made on your application before receiving the official XXX Graduate College letter, reply to this specific email stating your permission for me to release this decision to you electronically.
