是否可以这么理解，其实也没有different SPE, 不同的防晒霜只是 SPE的含量不同。题干说，虽然防晒霜中SPE的含量与抗晒能力成正比，但是人们晒太阳之前都要模足够的防晒霜，晒一会儿， 晒干了不够了就在抹点儿，只要保证皮肤上的SPE量adequate就行。但防晒霜不都是能work effectively, 所以只按照一个方法显然不行。

这题要注意，问题是“ the error in reasoning”，而文章中，关于reason的，好似只有关键字“Therefore”。所以，答案一定要跟"Therefore, it really does not matter what SPE a suntan lotion has."中SPE相关！
排除无关项，答案在B\C之间；
B：人家明明白白的问你，reasoning made in the passage中的错误，请问B中说“Because some people get sunburned more easily than other”，这个原因，passage根本就没有提及。
