与1楼的分析略有不同，我认为
(A) With the new postage rates, a typical issue under the proposed plan would cost about one-third more to mail than a typical current issue would.plan
弥补了邮费费率的影响，而且应该是比原来的成本更低了
假设：原来每期邮费1,期数2；现在每期邮费4/3，期数1
成本降低因为4/3*1<1*2，所以A是支持利润上升而非下降

不同意#4.
本题A选项并不严密。从选项看成本降低，但是减少一半产量，利润也降低。只有原成本*数量小于新成本*数量/2,才能证明利润降低。
但是从A选项中只能看见单个成本，不能证明利润是否上升或下降。

不是很严密的一题，A也好E也好 如果不严密的假设是实际销量可能上升，可能下降，造成无法预知实际利润走向

但是对于D来说也一样，如果销量上升 公司的利润一样未必下降

这题的题干逻辑我就很不懂
按照一般理解邮费不是成本的一部分么, 成本高了如果其他的价钱都控制不变不是应该数量上卖更多增加revenue从而增加profit么?
现在说减少发行数量去增加profit, 似乎是卖得多就亏得多
而且发行量默认等于销量了么???
