我的理解是这样的，因为有了ban，所以教课讲学的人少了，然后P用这个影响当做了原因，认为因为教课讲学的人少所以取消ban也没太大作用。我觉得是循环论证了。我当时选的B，但是B反了，说的是把原因当做结果。现在看了大多数人的意见，觉得A比较正确。
