【求助】一道evaluate题的两个混淆的答案 GWD5-Q41

MagazinePublisher:  Our magazine does not have aliberal bias.  It is true that when abook review we had commissioned last year turned out to express distinctlyconservative views, we did not publish it until we had also obtained a secondreview that took a strongly liberal position. Clearly, however, our actions demonstrate not a bias in favor of liberalviews but rather a commitment to a balanced presentation of diverse opinions.

混淆在C和D两个选项中间。我觉得两个都可以evaluate:
C: 如果杂志得到的第一个review是liberal他们还会去找一个其他的review么？也就是说他们到底找的第二个liberal是为了平衡conservertive还是说他们就想找一个liberal的。

这个没得说，一定可以evaluate

D: 他们杂志被review的那本书是liberal还是conservative.
如果他们选书本书是有bias的，那不是也可以evaluate这个结论么
