囧, lt means that I have no offers now. Otherwise, I will withdraw from other interviews. You know, preparing for the interview is a tough task.

Hey, that's an important first step. Congratulations! As you might notice earlier, there are many Chinese MIS students here at Purdue. So that means either they like Chinese applicants or the Chinese students are usually strong or maybe both. If I were you, I might want to ask the professors whether there are too many good Chinese students in the program already as the last question in the interview.  Of course I don't really need the answer. This reminds the professors that I know the program and I might be another good Chinese student in the future. Good luck!

I got admission from Krannert MSHRM program, I just wonder if  there is any possibility to pursue  HD study after two or three semester of master study in Krannert. Since i do not have any financial aid in my admission package, do i have any opportunity to get any financial aid there? can i apply for TA/RA during my master study?

First congratulations! I guess you do have chances for pursuing a PhD. Last year a couple of Chinese students got into PhD programs after finishing their masters. I think if you really want to pursue a PhD when you are in the masters program, you need to get your GPA as high as possible and get familiar with professors (senior ones) if possible.
I doubt you can work as a RA/TA as a masters because Krannert has a fairly large PhD student body and usually PhD students are required to do RA/TA work.
There are a lot of opportunities to work on campus and get paid for it though.
