JJ Q 190.  Stated that  a @ b= 1/( a-b) , which of the following answer are the @ form of -(x @ 1/y)

1. Similar to one of the JJ questions: Which of the following answer is the closest to 2.43179. Choices are 243/100, 12190/5000 and some others that I forgot. My answer is 12190/5000.

2. (5x+17) ^2 -4 ( 5x+17) +4 = 0, what is the value of x^2. My answer is 9.

3. if DS: if K<0,  is M <0 ?  1) k-m<0  2) k+m <0 My answer is A, but I am not sure.

4. DS: 3 machines each operates at k, m and 2 widget / min, if 3 of them work together, can they produce 50 widgets in less than 1 hour ?  1) k < 1.5 ,  2) m< 1.2  I choose E.

For CR, I only saw 2 questions from JJ, 55555,  the British Book store one and the Banana ones asking for Main Point.

For RC, I think none of mine comes from JJ.... Sigh.... Maybe I fell into the low-score questions bank already.

RC and CR is really my weakest part, I really need a lot of help and advice from all of you NN. I think I am OK with my SC, and I thought I am ok with CR and RC. But after today, I changed my mind, I really need help on CR and RC. Can TX give me some advice please ? Thank you soooo much and good luck to all of the CDers.

Yea I understand the  'not only...but also' idioms, but out of the 5 answers that I have. That one makes the most sense.

I recalled that the underlined part of the sentence has something such as "not only the refrigeration, the -tion, and the -tion of the marine blahblah , but blahblah also blahblah '

Sentence is something like " Scientists found not only the refridertaion, the -tion, and the -tion, but blahblah also  ..."

To me , not only this answer fulfilled the parallelisms part of the 3 -tion, but also it somewhat follows the  idioms ' not only.. but also..'  All other 3 answers doesnt follow this idiom and are wrong.  Answer choices D and E are the only ones that follow the idiom rule. But D should be eliminated because it doesnt follow the parallelism rules for the 3 -tion that I mentioned above.

Is it clear ?

how about " not only......, but......", did you see this one? because this is a correct idiom as well.
