几道语法题一直没搞懂，求助

答案选的是D, 是不是因为句首的consumer是单数，所以them的指代不会有歧义。如果变成consumers，D是不是就不对了？

答案是E，不懂，记得语法总结说有being的往往是错的，这道题要怎么理解呢？

答案是D，为什么A不对呢？ＯＧ上的解释说Ａ的marry不明确动作的执行者，可是我觉得这里不存在疑义啊？

关于我自己的理解，being一般做定语修饰的时候是错误的，因为多余
这里 being ... 应该是 doing sth is likely to do sth的结果，没办法替换。
而且being也只是多余而已，感觉现在的gmat 语法没有必杀，还是要经过比较，选做好的吧

第三个问题，一般so as to 只用于简单句中，而且so that he could 表达了一种可能性，而用了so as to， 就体现不出could。  
还有一种说法是 so as 连在一起是必错的，这个我就不很清楚了

LZ第一题的题目贴错了，正确的原题是这样的：

这样选D才解释得通，一是由于固定搭配，think of sth1 as sth2。如果是之前的那个，就变成了think of sth as adj 了，没有这样的搭配。另外一个原因是D选项用了 A consumer，这样后面的代词them和they就不会有歧义了。

还有一道也不怎么明白，望大家指教：

答案是D，解释说agreement是在1972年出台的，所以reduced用过去式，而dump into the Great Lake 的动作时持续到现在的。但是我觉得应该是削减了agreement出台前允许的amount,所以应该用过去完成时啊？

过去完成时是表示一个动作在过去的一个A时间点之前发生，并在这个A时间点之前结束的动作，如果加上表示时间段的词，如since或for，则表示在A时间点之前发生，持续了这么一个时间段。
如果选A的话，那么就会导致这么一个意思：
这些公司过去被允许倒垃圾到河里，但是在出台那么一个法案的时侯已经不被允许了。
这跟原文要表达的意思是不一样的。所以要用一般现在时，表示这些公司一直以来都被允许倒垃圾，只是过去的一个法案限制了他们倒垃圾的量。
