我选A
理解是 A= B+C     如果比较注意C，忽略B（有可能把C=A），所以应该把B单独从A独立出来，作为另一个issue,才能被大家重视。

=  endangered species(B) + large mammals (C)
也就是 A选项，如果B被包含在A内的话，就不容易被大家重视。

而D选项是 人们忽略了A整体， 这个和论点有悖。
