我的理解是，making不做伴随，做为定于修饰law，
后面的that改为了for 可能与前面的某个词固定搭配？
to hold表目的，这个应该没问题，
可能我说的也不太准确，大家讨论讨论。。

此题主要就是考察简洁性，逻辑主语和 时态。

a中on account of 的结构不好

b逻辑主语符合但是时态不对makes

c开头是a law。。。。 而下句的开头是immigrates,两个词之间没有原文所说的因果联系。

d because of 解释了因果联系，且最优

e.due to being，due to是一个不受欢迎的表因果关系的词组，being g更是一个多余的词。
