如题，作文里 survey is doubtful  和 respondent 两者的区别，能举个例子吗？Surey 到底是什么时候用啊？

I'm guessing that it means the result of a survey is not accurate and can mislead people (that's why survey is doubtful).  In addition, there are difference between the respondents of the survey. For example, one submits a reply to the survey because of A reason; on the other hand, another person submits a reply of the *same* survey for a different reason.
