请英国的老师填online-recommendation,结果现在跟我说恐怕没办法给我写，说什么有些问题他都回答不了，这是原信：

I am afraid I have bad news: I cannot provide a recommendation to any of these universities. Some of them allow me to upload a letter (which I have produced) but all of them require me to answer questions that I cannot answer. The reason is that the questions are very personal and detailed, and cannot be answered by a tutor in our system. Even as a teacher, I would not be able to answer the questions for most of my students.
These questions are obviously typical of US universities. They are sometimes used in the UK but, in all cases I have come across here, they allow me to leave the questions blank that I cannot answer, and submit the letter.
But in each of these six US cases, all of the required questions must be answered. If I leave blank the questions I cannot answer, the form cannot be submitted. Four of your choices use the same software, while the other two have two different packages. All of them, however, require me to answer questions that I cannot answer, before the form can be submitted.

可以让这个推荐人在这些地方写点字 甚至可以写 “我认为我没有资格评价被推荐人这个部分”，只要这些地方不leave blank， 系统就可以提交
或者有没有别的推荐人临时顶一下

英国人应该不会同意让你自己写的，赶紧看看有没有别的推荐人可以替代吧....

我说让他随便写几个字再提交推荐信，只要不空着，但问题是有几个学校没有让upload推荐信的，只能回答那些问题，这又怎么办啊
