that 从句对engine的修饰是封闭的。也就是说这个engine可能最终可能怎么怎么...这个只是修饰engine的优势，和是否被test是无关的。 可以这么理解： 一个很可能以后会blabla...的engine is being tested.

而E, 看到有帖子defend  could eventually have the capability to 没有歧义，但是这个defend刚好说明这里是有歧义滴~
