Hi, I remember when I apply in 2008, the LBS information session is also co-organized with QS MBA tour. In that session in Shanghai, in a hotel, LBS has a seperate big room for 1hour introduction session. I remembered about 150 people join the event. After it, it has a booth in the information session that several alumni and admission officers hosted for 1-2 hours Q&A. So, overall, you can get your information and your questions answered in that session. We have suggested LBS to have seperated session, but seems School only have seperated session in Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore in Asia. Still suggest you to attend that QS tour, it was free when I attended that year.
Talking about Entrepreneurship, not very familiar with, not many people want to set up their own business in LBS. Most people still go to Finance, consulting and industry jobs.
For GMAT, i do not see any different if you are background is IT or else, most student I see have 700 + Gmat.
This is a visa question, really not sure. You still need to check with British Home office website. There are people get offers from US companies, and yes, they need to apply H1 visa
