职业发展该怎么走？？？郁闷啊，职业发展mba就是个死扣啊

恩，请版主手下留情哦！！！
投行门槛高，现在分外高，这个我知道的
也是不是说好高骛远的一定要进投行啦
可是我真的觉得我现在的生活有平淡又没挑战，人际还很复杂，真的想换个活法，希望自己能重新找一个比较喜欢的工作，比较有挑战的

现在我该怎么办呢！！！
我知道我可以在这个公司忍，然后申请mba，这个经历还应该拿得出手，
可是那至少两年之后了吧，我真的是不想啊，两年的时间就做这个工作我会因为太无聊，整个人都废掉了
请各位帮我纸条明路吧，谢谢

怎么讲呢，我明白，作为新人，基础，any industry any role，很多基本的工作都是要做的
我并不是抱怨不想做基本的

可是我希望除了本职工作之外，我可以感觉到，我确实是在对business，行业，或者这个领域有更深的了解
可以接触一些新东西

我现在的感觉就是，same day everyday, just repeating
而且从我工作能接触到的范围，真的learning curve基本0度了
在开始的几个月，我是确实可以感受到自己的成长的

停止进步这件事情让我觉得很痛苦，焦躁

呵呵，我变成路边贴小广告的了。。。我们这个program没想着挣学生钱，事实上也很难从学生那里挣到钱，我们更像一个non-profit,  在cover基本成本的前提下帮助更多的人找到适合自己的职业道路。说到公司的business model, 应该是向企业收费，不是对个人收费。

lz,其实大部分的工作应该都是重复和枯燥的吧.在后台的话你有没有可能在公司内部有一个change,我觉得可行.

能不能根marketing的老板谈谈你的想法,然后internal transfer过去体验一下?

我觉得作为新人的重复性工作遍布每一个行业每一个公司每一个角落。
其实我现在也工作得很郁闷，但是还要攒够2年工作经验。但是每天日子过得很无趣。
