本来我打算选C的，可是看applicances后没有that,总感觉不妥，看看E又没什么问题，就选了E，结果答案却是C，有谁解释下？

appliances在C中做从句宾语啊~不需要that的~
which引导非限定定语从句,需要逗号~

跟非限没关系，which可以不加逗号，完全没问题。这里是先行词做从句宾语省略而已
