that 常见于 that of, those of这种指代当中吧，
前面主语已经很清晰的给出了the global economy，后面做平行比较的时候用主格it来指代没有问题。

总结一下：就是说that后面要加介词才对。

另外我认为it可以制不同时期的某事物，不一定要精确值同一时期的，要不it永远也对不了。但that同样可以指不同时期的某事。不知道理解是是否正确。。请各位给个意见~

it指代只要清晰就可以了，没什么同一时期，you指代你，永远都可以，虽然前年的你和今年的你肯定有所变化，不知道我说明白没？

that/ this/ those /these等不能单独出现做主语

比较中多见的that of等 大多也都是指代之前出现的宾语结构。

后面三个选项错误太多了，首先since 1990，最好用完成时态；其次，后面的现在完成时必须改成过去完成时。最后it本身就指growth of economy，那么what又指什么呢？
