这道跟刚才发的那道错得似乎有“异曲同工”之妙，我选了B，我想因为nuclear power plants的危害不及coal and oil-burning power plants，如果关闭nuclear power plants会导致对nuclear power plants的依靠，那不是刚好得出了不能关闭nuclear power plants的结论吗？
但是这里好像又是“A有意义”类型，nuclear power plants未来的危害要能可靠预测才有以上的推论，困惑。。。。。。。
