这题答案是D，但是我觉得5个选项都是错的 都有瑕疵 正确的选项应该之处Y的员工小于等于Z的员工数吧

话说这道题还是很明显是D的。题目说了人数大致一样，Y比Z用在工资上的钱多。两种可能：一，员工工作时间长；二，员工工资高；D排除了工作时间长的可能性，使得是工资高的可能性增大了。
