It's same as scoring less than 650 on the GMAT. You will have to make this up with strong accomplishments at work AND high GMAT. Is it any reason that the adcom has a different view on GPA and GMAT? For most of school, it is totally OK if you take the GMAT twice and get a 570 and 730. They can forget the GMAT with 570 without any reason. However, although you get a good GPA in a university in USA now, they still care my low gpa in the 5-7 years ago.They think that I am not serious enough? Poor time mangement? Or other important reasons? I think that it is really important to me to figure out the adcom's concern in order to explain the low GPA well.
