对于今年plantings are being seriously damaged by bollworms 题设给出的原因是worm太多了

意思是 bioengineered cotton在抵御worm还是用作用的

我们要找出一个选项回答否定和肯定可以对题设结论产生根本性影响
            可以动摇结论的

B中 回答如果为肯定 那说明转和没转还是有区别的 显然seriously damaged  还是比unusually extensive damage 要好

    回答如果为否定 那说明转和没转没啥区别 那问题就不止是worm多那么简单了 很可能是Bollworms are necessarily developing resistance to the cotton’s insecticide

lz你都已经意识到了B的回答能对整个题设结论产生根本性的影响

这就是evaluate题所需要的答案啊

lz不会是把evaluate题和strength weaken 题混淆了吧
