如果笼统的但就这道题来说的话,题干中给出了两个物体,一个是带有bonding agent的所谓的能够生物降解的塑料瓶子,另一个是不能降解的瓶子

抛开它的原文来看,说的这两种东西的其一是(biodegradable):降解部分+塑料部分垃圾。另外一种(non-biodegradable):塑料垃圾

说完了题干给的信息那么来看题目中的结论,结论说能够降解的产生的垃圾不少于(多于)不能降解的,从中应该可以觉得有一些不合理,合着我做出来的高科技产品都能降解一部分了最后还没有你原始的塑料罐子环保?

这时候把B拉进来看,就明了了,B说biodegradable为了装这个bonding agent得带有更多塑料,来compensate那个weakening effect(管它那个是什么效应),这样的话就算它的bonding agent能够消失,剩下的塑料也足够比不降解的容器多了,所以是B
