Our city’s resident can surely achieve a similar profit over the next five years. 机经的这道题我看的不太懂，希望有人能提供点思路，感谢了

自己给这道题做个思路解答吧。如有不对希望指正！1、无根据假设：把其他工厂的drill bits 放到 Cookville也能像原来那样每一美元生产10个。也许增加的产量超出了规模效应，会使成本上升。2、把其他machine parts 交给其他工厂可能并无法如预期那样降低总的生产成本，因为那些工厂生产machine parts可能要耗费很大成本。
