是不是题中应该是400PERCENT?

题目中说拥有汽车并且全程驾车出行的数量提升了40%,但汽车事故导致死亡却上升了300%,也就是treble了。他现在问你哪一个选项可以解释这个不成比例的事故死亡。

而D.说明了一个可能的解释,就是那些在89年之前很少甚至根本不开车的司机是那40%的增加量的主要群体。也就是说虽然全程驾车出行的数量只增加了40%,但这部分人大部分是以前不怎么开车的菜鸟,那自然他出事故死人的概率价大幅上升~~~

以上是我个人的理解哦~
