不知道你哪的问题，题目应该看懂了吧？题中患者说一夜不睡能缓解depression，但医生却不建议采用，问为什么？所以要找是否睡觉和depression的关系，即考虑是否睡觉引起其他不良反应，句末的side effects也提示了应该从哪入手，其实这个题排除不难做的，除了E其他明显无关吧~
