正确答案是A  但是不明白E 为什么不可以呢？
            我的想法是将E取非：T国有可替代的农作物。
            那么在题目的情况下
                T国可以使用这个替代物。则题目就不成立了（人口增加-à必须进口）
            错在哪里呢？

LZ在看选项时加了点自己的想象。要不得啊

看清楚了，E选项里根本就没有拿其他crops来替代rice的意思：除了大米外的其他作物没有一个能达到供求平衡的。这样一理解，E选项马上就枪毙掉了。
