我是这样理解的，所有的wine都必须要添加防腐剂，否则就会很容易变质，而这些不添加sulfites的制造商依靠添加不会引起过敏反应的物质来充当防腐剂的，所以要选A

A是无关选项。原文没有说“所有的wine都必须要添加防腐剂，否则就会很容易变质”。原文说的事情是 后来厂商不添加防腐剂了，那么人们就不会过敏了。 不是说厂商能不能够添加没有过敏物质的防腐剂的事情

E是假设啊，对E取非明显原文的结论就不成立了啊

应该选E，因为原文说的那些人是对sufites过敏，所以就算这些厂商不加sufites，如果酒自己可以产生sufites的话那些人还是过敏。D说的是酒里除了sufites可能还有东西是过敏性的，但是那是针对全体人的，不是针对题目里说的专门对sufites过敏的人。
