因为我觉得C的话，人们过去吃肉但是后来很少吃或者不吃，使得供过于求导致肉价下降反而比B更符合实情

应该是B

如LZ所特别画的short term，如果是因为人们后面很少吃，价格的下降应该是一个长久的结果

但是突然的下挫则是人们农民竟相趁高价时放出所导致

哪怕抛开长期短期不说，b和c比较起来还是选b。c提到的理由与题面前部分的论证没有什么关系。
