92. In the country of Veltira, the past two years' broad economic recession has included a business downturn in the clothing trade, where sales are down by about 7%, as compared to two years ago, clothing wholesalers have found, however, that the proportion of credit extended to retailers that was paid off on time fell sharply in the first yer of the recession but returned to its prerecession level in the second year.

答案是C， 我选的是D，我想问的是C对的原因是不是因为那些零售商倒闭了，所以要倒闭清算，清算后的余额因为首先要偿还债务，所以可以还清赊购款项，从而proportion of credit会减少？
D是不是因为这样促销会使得款项收回，从而第二年的proportion of credit也会减少，和原文不符合，所以才不选呢/?
