（1）没投支持票的有40人

也就是说投了支持票的有60人

由已知，投M+N的有30+40人

也就是说，支持两个人的有 30+40-60=10人

只看了第一题，说下，因为5000=2^3*5^4

仅凭1，无法推论，举一个反例，当y=3时，x能找到对应值

仅凭2，同样无法推出y是整数

把两个条件结合一下，首先都是整数，那么只能是x=2 y等于正负5，但还有个条件，y positive，所以y只能是5
