How to select alumni for interview?

I got an interview invitation from McCombs today.    


However, it is my first time to    attend an interview with local alumni.     There are 10 volunteers in Shanghai. I really don't know whether I should select someone who is familiar with my current working industry and whether I should choose someone who has justed graduated from the school.


I am quite confusing and really want to get your help. Thx.

I selected a recent graduate vs. those who    left the school    rather long time ago.     Younger interviewers can be more familiar with current job market, school curriculum, etc...so you can find answers about the school from them.     However, older interviewers also have the advantages of being    nicer and more    accommodating.
