反正不会是C。因为该题讨论的是所谓的morale program与drop out的学生数量关系

而不是讨论不drop out的学生

至于A，它说明了为什么drop out的人少了，还反驳了所谓的program

我发现有很多疑似这样类型的题目，是叫做他因削弱么？感觉都一个套路。
