挣扎在Marshall（USC）的日子（学习生活及申请答疑篇）

今天1个team presentation结束了communicationmanagement的课程。老刘一如既往的12点睡，无数其他组的人熬到3点。何必呢，要学会在学习和休息间平衡嘛。回家路上，路过小本的宿舍，看到2个人把1个铁床架拖出来拿锤子敲，走近1看，是1个爸爸在给儿子修床。天底下的父母真是都一样啊。上周，楼上的空房住进1个marshall的1对小本，1个是华人家的孩子，1个是老美。另外1个房间是1个电影学院的小本MM。他们好像是全部的亲戚都出动了，开了好几台皮卡拉东西。那个妈妈很热情的打招呼，然后就是全家从屋子里出来和我握手。我只好故做惊讶状的夸他们家的孩子很牛啊，考上世界第一的电影学院！他们提前来学校，是因为马上就要开始橄榄球比赛了，他们是乐队和啦啦队的，要来排练。昨天，1个IBEAR02的老校友回学校了，他的儿子考上USC了，还拿了奖学金。现在的校园热闹非凡，各类运动对和啦啦队，乐队开始排练。USC的橄榄球校队训练场居然是全封闭的，你看不到他们在练什么！马上就要和老对手UCLA比赛了！乐队和啦啦队天天在排练，让Trojans激动人心的时候就要来了！

周6又是8小时的课，一个印度教授讲数学。哎，我是彻底挂了！

I got my Bachelor from Marshall and this is how I feel about Marshall and the opportunities the school offers.

SC is a great school with huge local alumni network. If you want to stay in California after graduation, SC is not a bad choice. Los Angeles, in general, has limited IB and Consutling opportunities as compared to other large cities. But real estate and entertainment industries have promising opportunities. In short, if you decide to stick around in Southern California or California, for this matter, Marshall is good for you. If you ever think of going out to state or internationally, Marshall may not give you much edge as compared to other top 20 schools.

No doubt, I still love my time at SC, fight on!!!

If we go back to China after graduation, what advantages the Marshall could give us?

If we stay in LA, as you said"real estate and entertainment industries have promising opportunities."

so what can we do in these two industries?
